Scouting for Food was GREAT

The Boy Scouts participated in their annual food drive called "Scouting for Food" on Saturday November 19. This was an awesome success and showed the generosity of the people in Manteca, the willingness of the Boy Scouts to collect, and the help of many of the members of Sequoia to store and sort the food. The video below shows the food sorting and stocking that took place on November 19. This food will be used in the next 12 months to help families who are having hard times.

Sequoia is a Bible believing Church

We at Sequoia believe there is only One living and true God. He is the God of the universe and has always existed. We worship Him on Sundays at 10 AM as a congregation.  We also worship Him in our lives. As members of a local church body we have committed ourselves to Jesus Christ and covenant together to live as Christians should. We care about the world because He cares about the World. We are committed to people here and around the world. Click on Missions to see what we are doing to advance the Gospel at home and abroad. Click on Currently at Sequoia to see what is going on right now and in the next few weeks at Sequoia Heights. Click on Students or Children to see how Sequoia is meeting the needs and challenging these young people.
